Tracking Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delays & Liability
LIDVANI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. LIDVANI is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused during transit. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims when applicable.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
